“What’s up, Annie?” Eva thought Annie looked a bit frazzled.

“Just having a bit of a meltdown, Eva,” said Annie. “Sometimes things just build up and it feels like I am drowning in the long list of all the things I have to do.”

“Shall we go out for a walk?” Eva knew Annie always felt better after a walk.

“A good plan, Eva,” said Annie. “It will certainly help me see more clearly again. Thanks for reminding me.”

”My pleasure Annie!” Eva was happy to be of help and was glad she didn’t have to deal with things like ‘to do’ lists.
